This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Vorskalem ("we", "us", or "our") processes refund requests for purchases made through vorskalem.com. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all paid products and services offered through vorskalem.com, including masterclass enrollments, subscription plans, and any bundled course packages. It governs all refund and cancellation requests submitted by registered users.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered eligible, a request must meet the following general criteria:
- The request is submitted within the eligible time window specified for the product at the time of purchase.
- The purchased content has not been substantially accessed or consumed.
- The account associated with the purchase is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
- The request includes sufficient detail to allow us to assess the circumstances.
3. Refund Request Window
Unless otherwise stated on the product page at the time of purchase, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered except in cases of documented technical failure attributable to our platform.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases where more than 30% of the course or masterclass content has been accessed.
- Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Promotional or discounted purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of sale.
- Subscription renewals where notice of cancellation was not provided before the renewal date.
- Gift purchases that have been redeemed by the recipient.
5. Subscription Cancellations
5.1 Cancelling an Active Subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to subscription content remains available until the billing period concludes.
5.2 Refunds on Subscription Charges
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If a subscription renewal charge was processed and you had not intended to renew, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of the renewal date to request a review. Such requests are evaluated at our discretion.

Your request must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the order or transaction reference number, the date of purchase, and a clear description of the reason for your request.
7. Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 3 business days of receipt. A final decision will be communicated within 10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund rather than a full refund. This may apply when a portion of the purchased content has been accessed, when a refund request falls outside the standard eligibility window but involves extenuating circumstances, or when a technical issue affected only part of the delivered service. The partial refund amount is determined solely by us based on our assessment of usage and circumstances.
9. Technical Issues and Service Failures
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have purchased, you must report the issue to our support team promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within a commercially acceptable timeframe. If a reported technical failure cannot be resolved and is confirmed to originate from our platform, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion regardless of the standard refund window.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending investigation. We encourage all users to reach out to us directly before escalating to a payment dispute, as most issues can be resolved promptly through our support team.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
